We are looking for a senior business operations specialist which will help our client (from IT sector) to optimize his processes and systems. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing process that improve efficiency and quality of operations across CEMA countries.
Mainly responsibilities are:

- Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
- Develop and implement business process improvement projects
- Create and maintain documentation and training materials for business processes and systems
- Execute on key marketing business processes that are critical to the functioning of Marketing Operations in the CEMA region.
Požadujeme
- Fluency in English
- MS Office intermediate or advance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in business operations, process improvement, or project management
- The position is for a fixed period (18 months)
Ponúkame
- Gross salary 2800€ per month
- Bonus 10% form yearly salary (after meetings the KPIs criteria)
