Our customer is one of Europe's most successful transportation and logistics organizations. The company is a market leader in its field with a history of continuous growth. To sustainably consolidate this positive progress, systems must be continuously improved, projects supported from start to finish, and new challenges and future topics addressed actively.
For this reason, the management board is looking for a personality who is taking over an active leadership role in national and international projects. The future Head of Executive Board Projects is responsible for project and process management and contributing essentially to the company strategy and development.
Tasks and goals:- Project management at board level
- Coordinating and leading projects from A to Z
- Strategic and operational process management
- Taking up and executing future topics in collaboration with the board
- Initiatives and collaboration on ESG, M&A, reporting, controlling, IT topics (e.g. digitalization, AI)

Professional:
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration or Logistics
- Several years of experience in project management, process management and business controlling
- Fluent in Czech or Slovak
- Fluent in English
- German advantageous

- Structured and analytical way of working
